I graduated from Cebu Institute of Technology – University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology as a proud Working Student Scholar. With a solid background in both tech and customer service, I bring valuable experience to Retirement Income Strategies, where I handle email management, answer client calls, and take care of some data entry tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.
Before joining the virtual workspace, I spent six years in the call center industry, consistently recognized as a top-performing agent across various accounts, including technical support and customer service. For the past two years, I’ve worked as a virtual assistant for a real estate company, further honing my skills in organization, communication, and client support.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two lovely daughters. I have a major sweet tooth and love making desserts whenever I get the chance—it’s my favorite way to unwind and bring joy to others.
