Mindy Brice

Director of First Impressions and Marketing Coordinator

Mindy Brice is the Director of First Impressions at Retirement Income Strategies.

Mindy joined Retirement Income Strategies as the director of first impressions. Her talent for developing and nurturing relationships, communicating with others, and attention to detail is why this title suits her best. Mindy is responsible for creating and delivering a personal and comfortable experience to anyone who visits the office, whether they are an existing client or a potential client.

Mindy grew up in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and went on to graduate from UW-Madison, where she met her husband, Dan. Upon earning a degree in child and family studies, Mindy supervised in-home autism therapy for six years in the Green Bay and Madison areas. During this time, she built professional and compassionate relationships with clients, their families and team members. It enhanced her understanding of how to communicate with and relate to people, no matter what their background or life circumstances.

Mindy and Dan have two beautiful daughters, Mia and Kara. They live in Evansville, Wisconsin, in what used to be Mindy’s grandparents’ house. Together, they enjoy traveling, hiking, running and spending time with family and friends. Mindy is passionate about biking. She has participated in the MS Bike Ride for the past four years in honor of her mom, who has multiple sclerosis. Mia joined Mindy in training, riding and fundraising to help find a cure for all those affected by MS. Both girls play soccer and share their love for the sport with their dad, who is also a coach. Mindy enjoys sitting on the sidelines and cheering them all on.

Mindy looks forward to going to work every day with the anticipation of who she might have the pleasure of speaking with or greeting in the office.

Kelly Maguigad

Team Lead/Director of Client Accounts

Kelly joined Retirement Income Strategies as the director of client accounts. Her attention to detail and love of working with people led her to this role, where she excels. Kelly is responsible for all service and administration of new clients, processing all paperwork, and maintaining current client accounts.

Kelly grew up in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, where she met her husband, Jake. Kelly began working in loan servicing within the banking industry, where she worked for eight years, working in a fast-paced environment and handling client concerns. This experience made for a smooth transition into retirement planning. She worked with an advisor as an office manager for five years, where she gained valuable knowledge running an office and maintaining all client accounts and processes.

Kelly and Jake have two amazing boys, Caleb and Harrison. They moved to Evansville, Wisconsin, to find a close knit community ideal for raising a family. Kelly enjoys running, exercising, working outside and staying involved with her eldest son’s sports. Caleb loves all sports, especially basketball and baseball. The family spends lots of their time traveling to and from tournaments and games while his younger brother, Harrison, tags along and provides entertainment.

Kelly is passionate about what she does and loves what they provide at Retirement Income Strategies; she is happy to give the “Ritz-Carlton” like treatment for each and every client.
