Director of Operations
Kelly joined Retirement Income Strategies as the director of client accounts. Her attention to detail and love of working with people led her to this role, where she excels. Kelly is responsible for all service and administration of new clients, processing all paperwork, and maintaining current client accounts.
Kelly grew up in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, where she met her husband, Jake. Kelly began working in loan servicing within the banking industry, where she worked for eight years, working in a fast-paced environment and handling client concerns. This experience made for a smooth transition into retirement planning. She worked with an advisor as an office manager for five years, where she gained valuable knowledge running an office and maintaining all client accounts and processes.
Kelly and Jake have two amazing boys, Caleb and Harrison. They moved to Evansville, Wisconsin, to find a close knit community ideal for raising a family. Kelly enjoys running, exercising, working outside and staying involved with her eldest son’s sports. Caleb loves all sports, especially basketball and baseball. The family spends lots of their time traveling to and from tournaments and games while his younger brother, Harrison, tags along and provides entertainment.
Kelly is passionate about what she does and loves what they provide at Retirement Income Strategies; she is happy to give the “Ritz-Carlton” like treatment for each and every client.
Tom joined Retirement Income Strategies as an Operations Analyst. His love for helping people achieve their goals is why this role suits him well. Tom is responsible for assisting with service of new clients, processing paperwork as well as aiding in the maintenance of client accounts.
Tom grew up in Sun Prairie, WI and graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in Personal Finance with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. During college, Tom worked at BMO Harris Bank as a Customer Service Representative where he loved helping people with their Finances. Upon graduating Tom set out to find a role where he could make a positive impact in peoples lives. This led him to his current position with Retirement Income Strategies.
Tom is an avid Packer fan and enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his family.
Tom is excited to work at Retirement Income Strategies because of the unique proprietary solutions that help clients reach their financial goals in retirement.
Director of First Impressions
As director of first impressions, Julie helps our office run smoothly, and her positive, friendly demeanor makes you feel as if you’re part of our family.
Julie grew up on her family’s farm in Janesville, Wisconsin. Before joining our firm, she served in a variety of positions that honed her multitasking skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. She’s worked as a loan officer and new account specialist for a credit union, as a deposit operations specialist for a bank and as a call center supervisor. Julie also worked with attorneys at a mortgage closing office.
“I enjoy working at Retirement Income Strategies, because I believe our team truly has our clients’ best interests in mind,” Julie says. “I’m proud to be a part of a business that gives people comfort and confidence when finding the retirement strategy that fits them individually.”
Julie has two children and two grandchildren and lives in Footville, Wisconsin. In her spare time, she enjoys antiquing, refinishing furniture, camping and other outdoor activities.
Natalie’s passion for helping to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and the community led to her role as marketing coordinator for our firm. She’s responsible for client engagement, social media and overseeing all events.
Natalie first learned of her passion for helping people while working in retail. Since then, she’s worked for a tech start-up company and a credit union, which offered her opportunities to volunteer and host events and activities. While at the credit union, she helped to found the Women’s Leadership Employee Community Group, giving her an exciting transition to helping women and men who are preparing for retirement.
Natalie is married to Josh. They live in Edgerton, Wisconsin, with their corgi, Max. Away from the office, Natalie enjoys exercising, watching live comedy, baking and spending time with friends and family. She also loves playing outside, watching movies and building Legos with her nephews, James and Logan.
