Jessica derives immense satisfaction from getting to know her clients and collaborating with them to devise optimal solutions. As a senior CSA and paraplanner, Jessica assists in managing client accounts, preparing financial documents and plan implementation, all while maintaining accurate client records.

Jess began her finance career in 2001 at M&I Bank while still in high school. Before joining Retirement Income Strategies, she dedicated over 17 years to US Bank, where she worked across various departments, ultimately spending the final seven years in the private wealth management department. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an associate degree in supervisory management from Madison College.

Jessica lives in Milton, Wisconsin, with her husband, Terry, and her daughter, Alexa. She’s also a loving parent to five cats, Mopo, Wyatt, Winston, Gracie and Dillon, and two dogs, Marley and Hank.

Away from the office, Jessica volunteers with a local cat rescue, where she helps trap and care for feral cats. She also enjoys camping, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Packers and Badgers.
